Fuzion Dock

The short version. Fuzion has no accounts, no sign-in, and no advertising. It does not collect your name, email address, or any other information that identifies you personally. Your game list, icons and settings stay on your PC.
Two things do leave your device: the names of programs Fuzion detects, so they can be matched against a game database and given the right artwork, and anonymous "app was opened" usage counts. Neither is linked to you, and neither is ever sold or used for advertising.
This policy applies to Fuzion (also called Fuzion Dock), a game dock application for Windows, published on the Microsoft Store by Tzar under Product ID 9MTL580GPQ00. It also covers the Fuzion backend service that the app talks to.
Fuzion is a desktop application. It has no website login, no user profiles, and no way to create an account.
Fuzion works by finding the games installed on your PC and showing them in a dock. To do that it reads information from your computer that never leaves it:
This information is stored locally in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Fuzion and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Tzar on your PC. It is not uploaded, backed up, or synchronised anywhere by us.
Fuzion does not read the contents of your files, your documents, your browser history, your keystrokes, or anything unrelated to finding and launching games.
Fuzion is usable entirely offline. When it is online, these are the only things it transmits:

Fuzion uses Sentry only for "release health" session counting. Concretely:
Program names sent for classification are cached on the backend so the same title does not have to be looked up again for anybody. That cache is keyed by the game title itself. It contains no user identifier and no device identifier, and it offers no way to reconstruct who submitted a title or what any one person has installed.
When the features above are used, data is handled by these providers under their own privacy policies:
Fuzion sends these services only what is described in section 3, which in practice means game titles.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Fuzion and %LOCALAPPDATA%\Tzar folders to remove everything Fuzion has stored.Because Fuzion holds no account and no identifier tied to you, there is normally nothing personal for us to look up, export, or delete on request. If you believe we hold data about you and want it removed, contact us using the details in section 11 and we will act on it.
All network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. API credentials for third-party services are held server-side and are never shipped inside the app. The backend stores no user database, no credentials, and no personal records, only a cache of public game information. Access to the backend infrastructure is restricted to the publisher.
Fuzion is a general-audience utility and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. As described above, it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Where data protection law applies to the limited information described in section 3, the publisher, Tzar, is the data controller. The legal basis is legitimate interest: making the app work correctly and understanding basic usage levels. No data is processed for advertising, and no personal information is sold or shared as those terms are used under the CCPA and CPRA.
You have the right to ask what is held about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Requests can be made using the contact details below.
